Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery at no cost to you. Once your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Promotional periods may have different return conditions. We recommend reviewing the terms of any active promotion before completing your purchase.

For products purchased through other authorized retailers, please contact that retailer directly to initiate a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items eligible for return:

✔ Item is in its original, unused condition

✔ Item is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached

✔ Return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery

✔ Item was purchased directly from our website

Items NOT eligible for return:

✘ Items that have been used, washed, or altered

✘ Items returned without original packaging or with missing tags

✘ Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events (unless otherwise stated)

✘ Personalized, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear)

✘ Items purchased through third-party retailers

✘ Return requests submitted after the 30-day window

How to Start a Return

To request a return (outside of promotional periods such as Black Friday), email us at business@gapzight.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you a prepaid return label along with step-by-step instructions.

Damaged Items

Received something in poor condition? Email us at business@gapzight.com with subject line DAMAGED. Include a clear photo and your order number. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Missing Items

If your order arrived incomplete, contact us at business@gapzight.com with subject line MISSING ITEM and your order number. We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
