You agree to indemnify Gapzight and its affiliates from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

Section 15 – Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Section 16 – Termination

We may terminate your access immediately for any violation. All obligations incurred prior to termination survive the end of this agreement.

Section 17 – Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies posted on this Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gapzight regarding your use of the Service.

Section 18 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law, including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, Directive 2000/31/EC on Electronic Commerce, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

The most current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

Section 20 – Complaints & Warranties

Email business@gapzight.com with subject COMPLAINT including your order number and description. We acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 14. Products are covered by applicable manufacturer warranties. Defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt. Warranties do not cover misuse or accidental damage.

Section 21 – Right of Withdrawal

EU/UK consumers may withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving goods. Email business@gapzight.com with subject WITHDRAWAL REQUEST. Refunds issued within 14 days of receiving the return. Exceptions apply to personalized, perishable, or hygiene-sealed goods.

Section 22 – Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Informal Resolution: For any dispute, please contact us first at business@gapzight.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days of receiving your written notice.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Romanian law and applicable EU law. Subject to the informal resolution process, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, you may also bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence, and the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may apply.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): As an EU consumer, you may submit your complaint to an accredited ADR body. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact email for ODR purposes is business@gapzight.com.
